We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation, assess whether an ARKOZ service may be suitable and keep a proportionate record of our business communication. We do not use the enquiry form to add you to a general mailing list.
Our basis for using it
Depending on the circumstances, we use the information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and managing related communication.
Service providers
Website enquiries are processed through Formspree, bookings through Cal.com and business email through Google Workspace. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms. Information may be processed outside the United Kingdom depending on each provider’s infrastructure and applicable safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the resulting business discussion and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information relating to an active client relationship is handled under the relevant agreement.
Sharing and security
We share information only with providers and people needed to respond to the enquiry or operate the agreed service. We do not sell enquiry information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
